5 Tips For Healthy Hair ⬇️
1. Get a trim regularly! For maintenance it’s recommended to trim every 4 to 6 weeks, and for growth every 8 to 12 weeks.
2. Try not to wash your hair daily. Every other day or every 2 days is good. Sometimes over washing can actually cause excess oil production.
3. Always, ALWAYS use a heat protectant anytime you are using heat on your hair ‼️Blow drying, curling, or flat ironing❗️
4. Clarifying your scalp and hair at least once a month or every other week depending on how often you wash your hair.
5. Using products made for your hair type will help with many styling problems and hair health. This can help prevent dryness/frizz or the hair style being to heavy/weighed down.
