-Avoid that chlorine… or if you must: use a leave in conditioner or mask before entering the pool. 💧
Don’t forget to wash regularly after. 🫧

- try heatless styles & ditch the hot tools for a bit. 🥵

The TRUTH ⤵️

I know I have been absent on social media. Maybe not completely ghost mode, but definitely not on my game.
Truthfully 2023 was a mentally & emotionally tough year. I missed out on a lot content of seriously beautiful work. It’s really easy to get stuck on a record player of basic day to day, because sometimes that’s easier. Grief just does weird things, I don’t think I could explain that.

BUT my promise to myself & everyone supporting is to Be more present, post more, engage more, create more.
