Congrats to our Gymgirl Kyra Holmstrup on working hard and getting into the Coast Guard academy!

ANNOUNCEMENT-
I give up! Sheesh.. Allison and I were talking all day today to come up with a solution and trying to work out a plan to start “switching days” , or “working out outside” to continue training our clients and to keep the numbers down..

Unfortunately after ..
1) being told a couple of gyms in Highland Village, Denton County, have received citations for personal training in their gym

2) Our Clay Jenkins Dallas County Judge just issued and announced this evening a strict “Shelter” notice to “stay at home” unless for essential functions.

Therefore, to abide, we sadly will close our Gym Girlz through the “current authority” date of April 3. Praying it won’t go beyond.

Remember, Andy Brown Park is still open so you can all still get out for walking, jogging, running exercises!

We’re sad. But we have gotta do what we’ve gotta do!

Stay healthy - 6’ apart from the public, exercise at home, and eat healthy - fish/chicken veggies.
