We are ready to welcome back the grooviest staff and kick off the 24-25 school year!

We wanted to send a HUGE THANK YOU to our amazing custodial crew Jesenia, Mario, and Miguel (not pictured) for all of their hard work this summer!!! The building is ✨sparkling✨ and ready for staff and students to return! We couldn’t do it without them!

LISD Family Notice:

Early this afternoon, in coordination with local law enforcement, Lewisville ISD Campuses in the City of Lewisville were placed in a Secure. During a secure, students remain or return inside the building, and all doors are locked. No visitors are allowed inside the building, but classes continue as normal.

This was done out of an abundance of caution while law enforcement officials investigated a situation in the Lewisville area. No threat was made against any of our schools. The district has no additional information about the situation, as it was a police matter unrelated to our schools.

Earlier in the day, an ambulance was dispatched to Lewisville High School - Killough to respond to a medical issue with a student. The two situations were unrelated.

This afternoon, we celebrated Mrs. Darnell, Ms. Baria, and Ms. Hoover’s Retirements! Thank you so much for all you have done to inspire, lead, and love so many through the years! Not to mention the countless students that love books and love writing because of you!
