Tremendously proud. Good job, Lewisville. You can teach a lot of universities, and indeed the entire country, a thing or two about creating a community that is simultaneously diverse and very tightly knit.

School starts in less than a week! Hope you all are excited.

COME VOTE! There is NO line.

Lewisville High School's three campus system is a woeful misuse of resources and has vastly complicated the school system. Graduated students living in Lewisville and current students with valid complaints, please go to the Bolin Center at seven o'clock on Monday, September 8. Fill out a card up speak BEFORE seven o'clock and once you've spoken you can leave. This needs to be done!

Tomorrow is the FINAL day to go vote! Got vote for Tracy Scott Miller! If you can't, then please get an adult. We NEED Miller for Lewisville!

Is our district better off now than it was three years ago?
Carol Kyer: the person who wanted Lewisville to become a trade school because she feels Lewisville kids cannot afford college, spent millions on an unproven three campus system that drains the district, sat on the board while the LEAP program was gutted, woefully mismanaged the 1:X Program and iPad implementation, and has brought the district to a point where 55% of our teachers are completely checked out or disengaged is running for reelection.
She is running against Tracy Scott Miller: a graduate of Yale's School of Management, a businessperson that's been around the world, and a person with a career in technology who understands Farmer Pride and our community, which has roots in the 1840s, the heady days of Manifest Destiny.
Most of you are leaving this town and several of you will leave this state come August. But tomorrow, I ask you to give back to your community by stopping by the Lewisville Public Library after school and voting for Tracy Scott Miller in LISD Place 7, for sound leadership in LISD.

In our town we have one hundred thousand people. As of last Tuesday, only four hundred had voted. We can EASILY sway the election in Lewisville's favor and the lines are short! You can vote in the Lewisville Public Library.
