Joyful Cigar Art
Using the colorful little pieces of paper, which are often discarded when a cigar is smoked, Joyful creates a wide variety of artwork. Art ranges from uniquely created items, to one of a kind commissions. If there's an idea for a picture, chances are it can be made out of cigar bands!
