I remember when Kaylee and her brother Brandon both started training with me in 7th & 8th grade. They were just 2 kids in middle schools training to become college athletes one day.
With Brandon now completing his first year in college baseball, Kaylee Weigel heads off to begin her college career.
It is a beautiful thing to see 2 athletes who have achieved success after working hard for so long. Thank you Weigel’s for always trusting me with your kid’s training and development. We are blessed to be a part of their process.

Summer Training 2024 is officially over. It was the most fun summer yet!
We are so thankful for all the student-athletes who trusted us with their training & development this summer. We are grateful to be a part of their athletic development.
Lastly, thank you to all the parents, coaches, and staff members who helped out with events throughout the summer.

We continue to prioritize fundamentals by holding each other accountable, being intentional with each rep, and hydrating each day.
Our athletes training with us this Summer are getting after it! We are so proud of them. The weekend has been earned 🦾✅😎
Strength training for younger athletes is crucial for developing a solid foundation.
✅ Builds confidence.
✅ Gets them comfortable with the gym environment.
✅ Strengthens muscles as they grow.
❌ Does not have negative effect on growth plates when administered correctly.
Prioritizing hydration with be key for athletes this week in Nebraska.
Keep a bottle filled with cold water at all times these next few days to beat the heat!
