The value direct support professionals (DSPs) bring to our communities cannot be overstated. As personal care professionals, DSPs assist the people they support with the most intimate activities of daily living. As community coaches, DSPs help the people they support open doors to employment and a sense of community. And as relationship navigators, DSPs are often the bridge between the people they support and their friends, family members and significant others.
For these and 1,001 other reasons, DSPs deserve to be recognized, appreciated, and celebrated for their efforts
Thank You and YOU ROCK!
