NEW Instructor Highlight! Meet Namrata!

Namrata is a certified RYT 200 Yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice. Her journey with
yoga has profoundly enhanced her life, leading her to pursue certification to deepen her understanding of the asanas, history, and philosophy of yoga.

Namrata's goal as a yoga instructor is to share the transformative benefits of yoga with others, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Yoga, to her, is not just about physical postures; it's
about harmonizing the body, mind, and soul.

In Namrata's classes, she aims to improve students' overall well-being through mindfulness, while focusing on enhancing flexibility and strength by incorporating various yoga styles and techniques. Her teaching approach is holistic, striving to nurture each student's physical and mental health in every session!

Namrata is now teaching Yoga on Tuesday mornings at 8:15 am. Let's give her a big and warm My Time Welcome!
