I got into CrossFit as an athlete. Then quickly became a coach and fell IN LOVE with the process and the transformations.
My personal gratification in this field quickly changed. Client PRs and milestones mean so much more to me than personal PRs.
Our slogan is constantly pursue progress. We want everyone to achieve what they think are unrealistic goals. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not an easy task but it’s what we are here for. We offer the complete package and process.

A day full of gratitude, hard work and a smidge of chaos.
We had 50 people come out for our final workout. We emptied out the building that started with humble beginnings and filled our new facility with members help. We had almost everything in between by 10:30am!
Thank you everyone that helped move stuff, paint, flooring , the rig and everything it took to make this happen.
