Internet Archive/Wayback Machine have been hacked and the site is down. This may affect linking to some portfolios in Alma/PrimoVE.

ProQuest update: Good news - the issue affecting the performance of Bookshelf on Ebook Central has been resolved, and the product is operating normally.

The Central Discovery Index (CDI) Update scheduled for September 18 will not be completed due to processing issues. These issues are under investigation, but the delay requires skipping an index update. All changes for this week will go live as quickly as possible. This does not affect your rights updates or for Primo customers updates to local content. For your rights update, any additions or deletions to rights for content that has already been indexed in CDI are generally processed in 48 hours or less from the time of submittal. We apologize for this disruption in service, and we expect to be back to our regularly scheduled updates schedule. If you need direct assistance, please submit a ticket through the Ex Libris Support Portal.

The issues customers reported with eBook downloads in the New UI are now resolved. If you continue to experience an issue please contact Customer Support. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Good news - the issue affecting access to adminportal.alexanderstreet.com has been resolved, and access has resumed.

There is an issue with the Alexander Street administration portal. Status:

There is an issue with JSTOR searches this afternoon. Waiting to hear back from JSTOR about the 400/404 error issues.

EBSCO eBooks scheduled maintenance: EBSCO will perform scheduled maintenance on Saturday, September 14th, starting at 1 AM EDT (5 AM UTC) and it is expected to be completed in approximately 1 hour.
During this maintenance window, users will not be able to download full eBooks from the new user interfaces, classic EBSCOhost/EDS interfaces, or the EBSCO Mobile App. All other eBook access will be unaffected: users will continue to have access to read eBooks in the online viewer and download chapters.

Latest update from ProQuest support on the journal level linking issues from OneSearch: Please be informed that I have added you to the list of customers affected by this issue reported to our development team. I don't currently have an estimate for resolution, but I will update you when I do have more information as the developers are working actively on this issue.

There is an issue linking to ProQuest journals from PrimoVE/OneSearch. The links are going to a "requested publication was not found". ExL and ProQuest support are working on this issue.

Customers purchasing Wiley eBooks in GOBI will experience delayed fulfillment from July 12th to July 15th due to scheduled maintenance. New orders may be placed during the outage period. Held orders will process at the end of the maintenance period. We apologize for any inconvenience.
