Did you know that shadow work is a sacred component of ?

work never stops!

The Shadow is the part of our nature that accompanies the light. In shadows are formed when light reaches a solid object where the light is prevented from moving through, thus, casting a shadow of darkness on the other side.

The shadow is a consequence to the expression of light and allows one to see the various formations of life that exist throughout space and time. It is responsible for recoding the physical properties of all structures that the light encounters.

From a universal perspective this role is given to the Zodiac Sign (Gemini). is the Suns shadow contributing to the consciousness of the Sun in a major way. While Gemini has many correspondences that sum up the full expression of its life for all intens & purposes we will observe Gemini as the .

To meet your Gemini simply go stand in the sun or any source of light and the shadow that is cast in response to the physical structure of your body. This part of your body mirrors and records everything you do & follows you everywhere you go.

Practice Being

Being home is the greatest in the . In an age where it is easy to get caught up in the ideals, psychic projections, & the future manifestations of life, calling one’s energy back home is a great accomplishment. Doing the work to align yourself with the current formations of life awakens integrity, compassion, and forgiveness within one’s experience.

Be thankful for the small things.
Have gratitude in your heart for the ground beneath your feet and the sky above your head before you set your sights on traveling into other realities. Be grateful for who & what you have at home. Learn to find blessings even in the imbalances that are present in your current state of being. This will allow you to authentically regulate cycles of life that you are connected to most.

Being home is grounding, balances vital energy centers, and opens the way for greater abundance.

Question is….
How does one operate from home?

How does one engage in trade and exchange in order to advance one’s position within the home space?

Is there a collective home space that exists where we are free to live without consequence?

Can we agree to cultivate home together? Can this be the foundation and grounding point, the reason why we trade & exchange?

Each time ego begins to enter a state of inflammation remind yourself to go home. Home is the asset that soothes the soul and amplifies the light within.

Cultivating home is no easy feat. It requires patience and determination of will. Home is the universal primordial energy center of life. This must never be forgotten.

As we come to reestablish our relationship with home let’s devote time, at least 60-90min a day towards the cultivation of home.

We must learn to recognize where we belong inside our homes and when we need to move outside of in order to expand life.

Learning how to recognize who is inherently connected to your home is crucial to building and establishing a healthy network because when your home is directly connected to the home of those within your network it’s easier to take stock of each others needs in order to initiate greater advancement for all parties involved.

So moving forward let’s cultivate “Home Grounds” together on a professional level, especially within business. This paves the way for a more authentic relationship and exchange of energy to come to form.

Take time to ground your energy today. No sudden movements, changes, or acting on fleeting thoughts and emotions.

Therapeutic Body work observes the body from every angle in order to determine what is creating imbalance. This then allows the therapist to create bodywork sessions that focus on regulating clients energy cycles in order to produce consistent state of homeostasis. Home

Home is where the heart is.

Home is a Devoted to the development of intimacy of self or a small network of people. For many home is where the love of family manifest and in this regard home is not a place, but rather, the manifestation of , relationships, & bonds that exists on a fundamental level. Like the roots of trees in the ground home highlights the interdependence of life bringing to the forefront of our awareness just how much we need one another to evolve.

However, you experience home, is vital to honor wholeheartedly, for it is where we grow and expand past the current expression of life.

In this current space and time many ate wandering sols disconnected from home & as a consequence disconnected from the heart of self.
While it is true that even with the harsh conditions of living without a fixed manifestation of home, what we regard as homeless, some individuals have pushed past all odds bringing themselves into awareness of the deeper more profound expression of home. Such individuals will report that home is where the heart is, or that their home is Earth itself.

From this aspect of life we see how these particular individuals have harnessed the power of home to ensure that they are never without their home no matter what physical shelter they take cover in.
From them we learn how to harness the power within our connections to life whether establishing home as an intimate space within ones or finding intimate spaces out in nature where one's direct connection to Earth awakens and comes alive.

The key is to find your way home! Learn how to communicate home on various levels of our existence. Learn how to "address" home and write it out so that no matter how far we travel away from home we always are connected to the path that leads back home, our point of origin.

Learning how to "address" home comes with understanding the Energetic Code Underlying the Manifestation of home. Recognizing the intimate structures and cultural expressions of life specific to our home will allow one to be able to communicate the "address" using any medium, especially that of Sensual Arts. Sensual Arts being of the 5 senses.

For all intents & purposes within the domain of we will start off with a clean slate each one being without home set out on the task of cultivating home from scratch.

If home is already actualized within your experience then the task will be to get on your Mat & observe home from every angle. Study your home. Engage with your home. Outline the nature of the energy that moves within your home. Use all of your senses to define the expression of your home. All of this will help when learning how to communicate your homes address using any medium, especially that of .

If home has not been actualized within your experience then the task is to get on your Mat somewhere under the Sky of Day where the Sun is shining & begin to ground your energy. From here you will cultivate sacred space by honoring your Mat, tapping into your breath and entering a state of prayer and meditation.
The sky is connected to the higher functions of the mind. Developing a connection with it will open your imagination by stimulating your 3rd eye so that the can initiate itself within you that ultimately servers to lead you home from where you stand.

This vision quest can lead you on an internal journey where you will discover how your home manifests within your body temple, and as such, you will be lead to cultivate a deeper connection with your body.
Alternatively, the vision quest can lead you on an external journey where you will discover the physical outward expression of home. This may manifest as a variety of sacred spaces out in nature where you can cultivate your direct connection with the Earth or as a physical structure presented in the form of shelter where the consciousness within this space is deeply connected to your life force energy.

Caution be advised! Home for some is an unpleasant place to be where trauma lives. If this is the case, then, the vest course of action would be to begin to cultivate a deeper awareness of your trauma and how it has developed you as an individual. or is an invaluable asset when establishing your link home.

As time goes be we will discuss the significance of trauma and Shadow work in relationship to home. For now we will conclude with the definition of Home having it's roots in sacred spaces where intimacy, sacred life connections, relationships, knowledge, and wisdom are cultivated. Whether an internal state of consciousness or an external projection of this same state of consciousness home can be found by getting still on your Mat and meditating.

The Mat

Think "Place Mat!"

Your Mat your place. Everything has its own place and position throughout space & time. Mastering your Mat will provide understanding to how everything in the universe has a place according to it's nature. Here Nature is exalted. Everything manifesting on the mat is a reflection of oneself as an individual independent of everything else going on in the atmosphere.

This is the place where the unconscious & conscious
aspect of ones Life Force Energy materializes.

From here we focus on cultivating Body and Life Force Energy of an individual. Cultivation of the Individual is also known as Self Cultivation, Self Discipline and the Evolution of Self.

Life Force Energy

Picture a fire burning inside of a furnace, this can be likened to Life Force Energy that burns deep within. A Primal Force that is the essence of one’s being. Life Force Energy is the key to life. The Energetic Code Underlying the Physical Manifestation of Life.

The goal is to cultivate an intimate relationship with this aspect of self which is the deepest part of one’s being. Learning how to feed ones life force requires solitude, detoxification of
the body, & the willingness to observe what moves you from the inside out. When the Life Force Energy of an individual is activated the body begins to shape and mold itself according to the internal power that dwells within.
Connection to one’s bloodline & ancestral lineage will serve each individual when awakening ones life force.
