🌟 Turning Problems into Possibilities: My New Mantra 🌟

So many of us are battling with worries, anxiety, fear, and doubt—feeling trapped in a cycle of negative thoughts that seem impossible to escape. I've been there, in that dark place where it feels like there's no way out. But here's the incredible part: in just six months, I shifted from overthinking and despair to seeing endless possibilities. From bleak moments to blue skies, life changed!

I'm passionate about helping women around the world who are struggling, some even contemplating su***de. I believe I've been given this calling because I've walked through it myself. But you know what's fascinating? Just like childbirth, the pain fades from memory. Can you relate?

I now realize that my darkest hours weren’t just for me—they were meant to help others rise and stand strong. Sometimes, what you're going through isn't meant to knock you down, but to empower you to lift someone else up.

So, here's my challenge to you: reach out to someone in your circle who you "assume" is doing well but might be silently struggling. Just check in. Remember, everyone needs to know that someone cares. 🤍

Let me share a true story about character and popularity. In the 7th grade I used to play basketball at the local elementary school on the weekends… I wasn’t any good but each weekend I tried. Some weekends some of the popular guys from the high school would play as well.
Often times they could make fun of me and I would just leave but within a few weeks one or two would walk over to help me.

Mid year some of the high school guys became my friend and we even exchanged phone numbers. I began to had a real crush on one of the but nothing more… this dude was a high school senior.

Fast forward, I was sick one day and didn’t go to school and around 3:45 my best friend (at the time came knocking on my door), she was checking in to see why I did go to school or so I thought. We chatted and I walked her out of my building only to be confronted with about 6-8 high school girls who came to threaten me or beat me up for “talking” to their boyfriends while playing basketball ball. One girl started pushing me around so I ran back to my apartment.

The lesson I learned was popularity can sway false beliefs in to assume false truths and never trust a person once they show you who they are even under fear.

I shared this to say, we are all picking sides based upon what others are sharing or stating, but we do not have actual proof because we weren’t there in those rooms listening to those conversations.

But what I do know WE can all see the INTEGRITY, CHARACTER, ETHICS and MORALS of those people based upon their actions, words and reactions.

Lastly, look up the definition of a narcissist, dictator, bully and the common thread is lacks empathy for others, deflects, defends their agenda (because in their eyes it is the only one), complains about others to shift popular opinion to their favor, and takes a one sided stand.

this Covid variant is serious might start off as a head cold and then immediately goes to the lungs.

I know 4 people who have contracted it with the past 2 weeks.

I myself was seriously sick for 4 days with so much fluid in my lungs and a painful frequent cough. I have asthma and my condition worsened quickly, I used an OTC medicine called Primatene which helped clear out my lungs immediately.

Everyone is advised to wear a mask because the new COVID-Omicron XBB variant coronavirus is different, deadly and not easily detected properly:- Symptoms of the XBB virus are as follows:
1. No cough.
2. No fever.
There will only be: 3. Joint pain. 4. Headache. 5. Neck pain. 6. Upper back pain. 7. Pneumonia. 8. General loss of appetite. XBB is 5 times more toxic than Delta variant and has a higher mortality rate. It takes a shorter time for the condition to reach extreme severity, and sometimes there are no obvious symptoms. This strain of the virus is not found in the nasopharyngeal region, and it directly affects the lungs, the "windows," for a relatively short period of time. Nasal swab tests are generally negative for COVID-Omicron XBB, and false-negative cases of nasopharyngeal tests are increasing. This means the virus can spread in the community and directly infect lungs, leading to viral pneumonia, which in turn causes acute respiratory stress. XBB has become highly contagious, highly virulent and lethal. Avoid crowded places, keep a distance of 1.5m even in open spaces, wear a
double-layer mask, wear a suitable mask, wash hands frequently even when everyone is asymptomatic (no coughing or sneezing). Don't keep this information to yourself, share as much as possible with other relatives and friends, especially yours.

So first let me acknowledge and respect that WE are different. And I am grateful for our indifference and with respect, “You Do Yo …Boo”. But what I will not silence is my voice nor my opinion and the freedom I have to use it!!!!

My grandmother taught me that name calling is for the weak, punks and idiots! If that is the strategy… they must NOT really known God!!!!!!

WARNING!!!! Please share. You FB or social media page lists your bday (including the year). Each state issues SS # with a sequence of the 1st 3 digits (which is easy to find out). The next set of numbers is based upon the year of your birth or year issued. NOW HERE IS WHERE IT GETS TRICKY. AI is being used to pretend like you or a service provider ( telephone, cell phone or credit cards, mortgage, bank, school, and etc.) asking you or your spouse the last 4 of your social security number.

Most people think they are safe with just giving your last 4 of your social number away… FALSE SECURITY!!! Often times the thieves are operating in call centers or within customer service with service providers or simply hacking into companies.

ALSO, there are background companies that sell you information (credit info., family members names, mortgage, employers, neighbors, tickets or criminal details) for as low as $19.99.

When a thief has access to your partial information they can use AI to steal your identity.

My advice is to freeze your credit with the 3 bureaus, change password, never give last 4 of social security again, get Lifelock, change the “about” section on all your social media and STOP telling people on social media where you are going… post pictures after the trip!!!!

To deny your own kind (race) the honor in privilege to rise up because of hear say is to deny your OWN Lineage!!!

INTEGRITY is about what YOU stand for your personal conviction NOT deflecting on what another thinks is right or wrong. And certainly not about proving others are right are wrong (that’s an opinion).

INTEGRITY is what you are willing to live with within you own personal conviction, NOT what another makes you believe.

INTEGRITY is fair and impartial to the minority.

Let tell you about God! While you are looking at the distractions HE is creating opportunities! What you see is not God’s reality nor HIS work! Just because another has the appearance of always being ahead or winning, DOES NOT mean they have the Favor of God!

A man only has his WORD and his Faith, everything ELSE is his EGO and a DISTRACTION!

Judge not or you shall be judge. You will NEVER win by deflecting the TRUTH.
PS: the truth is NOT just words but actions, it’s not a logo it’s REALITY!

In the climate that we are in and all that I have gone through, I think it is essential to set healthy boundaries for my engagement and conversations.

If this impacts friendship and acquaintances, please don’t take it personal! But know it is me taking care of ME personally.

Soon I will be taking a social media break to continue my personal growth and development. This time in my life is about evolving, closer walk with God and tremendous release in all areas of my life.

Again, this is not person, it’s just needed for ME to go to the next level in MY life!

Back in the day, we RESPECTED others not to challenge things or maybe just to allow things to wash over us. Nowadays everyone feels the need to commit or correct or express their opinion… which is right or which is better?

Maturity has taught me that, I don’t need to use my voice for conversations or comments that serve no purpose or disrupt my peace. While my voice is useful, SILENCE. IS POWERFUL!!!!
