Great News. Six years ago I wanted to open a non-profit to provide healing services to the global community for free or donation. Last year I decided to go for it and hired an attorney to do the filing. The process is complicated and time-consuming. I heard it's not easy to get approved. Two weeks ago I got a letter from the IRS that my organization has been approved for 501(c)(3). Woohoo!
