2018 Byington Chardonnay, Tin Cross Vineyard, Pine Mountain-Cloverdale Peak: This Mountain Chardonnay from the Byington Tin Cross Estate in Alexander Valley (Sonoma) is 100% stainless-steel fermented, and aged on its lees, resulting in a bright, yet full-bodied expression of this varietal. White florals and citrus fruits dance on the palate, and soften into flavors of toasted cream and custard in its long and fruity finish.
