Our doctor said to eat more colors! While I’d love to think he meant a candy filled diet, he clarified that it’s veggies! 🥕 🍅 this sharp cheddar 🧀 toasted dark sweet bread 🍞 avocado 🥑 toast is jam packed with a finely shaved tomato 🍅 , cucumber 🥒 and white onion 🧅 , and then topped with carrot 🥕 shreds? Sprinkled generously with salt and pepper and paired perfectly with a couple of pickle spears. Who said avocado toast was boring? 🥱 what would you add to this?
