Wall push-ups are a great exercise for beginners, or for those who are recovering from an injury. They can help to improve upper body strength, particularly in the chest, shoulders, and triceps. They are also a good option for people who find traditional push-ups difficult, as they require less strength and can be modified to suit different fitness levels. Sample demonstration 👇
Lower abdominal strengthening exercises are designed to target the muscles in the lower part of the re**us abdominis, which can help to improve core stability, posture, and prevent lower back pain. Here is an examples of lower abdominal strengthening exercise 👇
Piriformis syndrome is a condition that occurs when the piriformis muscle, located in the buttock region, compresses or irritates the sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve is a large nerve that runs from the lower back through the buttock and down the back of each leg. When the piriformis muscle spasms, tightens, or swells, it can put pressure on the sciatic nerve, leading to symptoms such as pain, numbness, and tingling in the buttock and down the back of the leg. The symptoms of piriformis syndrome are similar to those of other conditions that affect the sciatic nerve, such as a herniated disc or spinal stenosis.
Treatment for piriformis syndrome typically involves a combination of stretching exercises, physical therapy, etc,. Sample demonstration 👇
