Our Artie Burger (grass-fed house blend patty, smoked tomato aioli, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, brioche bun) is an absolute classic, and pairs perfectly with The Mullin bartender Jaime's outstanding recommendation: Uncle Nearest whiskey! This stuff is named for the guy who taught Jack Daniels how to make the spirit, so you KNOW it's good.
For our Turkey Burger (house blend turkey, tillamook aged cheddar, smoked tomato aioli, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, brioche bun), The Mullin bartender Jesus reccomends Viteadovest Vurgo Blanco (Lou Wine Shop). This earthy, unfiltered beauty of a drink pairs well with the natural smokiness of the turkey.
With our phenomenal Beyond Burger (plant-based patty, smoked tomato aioli, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, brioche bun), our bartenders unanimously recommend Christiaan's G+T (All house-made gin with grapefruit, lemongrass, and tonic)! The light & refreshing cocktail pairs well with the veggies without overpowering the delicious taste.
