We were right above the busy Koreatown section and just down street from Sunset Blvd. Western and Romaine - the original stomping grounds on arguably one the loudest intersections in LA 😄 An endless symphony of car honks, loud music thumping out of speaker systems, street racers flying by, police sirens. You name it. We spent over 2 years right there in that parking lot. Saw a lot. Learned a lot. Made it out the block. ⚡️

taking a scroll down memory lane 🤳 this image was taken in late 2021📍East Hollywood. Until this very day, many of our original guests from the stand in East Hollywood continue to support at our restaurant in Studio City. We send our love and gratitude. You know who you are ❤️🙏🏻 now, in the last year our company has gained mass acclaim. But many of the new patrons aren’t aware that we didn’t begin by serving food in a restaurant capacity. Easy Street Burgers was forged off of a street corner one month before the 2020 pandemic. The company started small with one tent and one flattop griddle, but by the time the pop-up was near its end - we had a full on operation that had extended into a massive parking lot setting with 8 tables, 28 seats, a POS system & parking for our guests. The service was and will always be there. However, from a systematic and operational standpoint, there was a lot of adjustments that had to be made. Eventually, we developed a customized system to communicate, cook and dish out these burgers and fries efficiently. Consistent & efficient. That was the ultimate goal. At it’s peak, the street operation would flow and move like a commercial kitchen. We called it the “Street System” Where there is a will - there is a way. So go out there and get it. Make moves with your heart in it 💪🏻❤️‍🔥

Monsters are real 👹 coming in hot on a Friday afternoon 🥵The Jalapeño Monster. We substitute the good old American cheese with a Swiss cheese, top it off with caramelized onion, fresh cut jalapeños and of the course - the wild sauce. Have one. Or two 😬🍔🍔
