We're loving this scallop crudo set with rhubarb tea, pickled thomcords, fennel confit, sun-gold tomato and coriander flowers. Pairs great with a glass of Sancerre!

Feels like summer this week with rolling out a variety of melons. We prepared them in a gazpacho seasoned with pepitas and miso and it's savory and refreshing with prosciutto and bronze fennel from π€πΌ
