Smoke, Loaf & Saucer is the brainchild of three bakers who met while working at Milo & Olive, in Santa Monica. The women behind the Smoke, the Loaf & the Saucer are: Codii Lopez, Holly Vanderpool, and Laura Hoang. Smoke, Loaf & Saucer was accepted and announced in Smorgasburg LA's first release of vendors and will be there every Sunday in the year-round market starting June 19th. We are excited to produce and provide smoked pastries and grilled toasts, from scratch, for the Smorgasburg patrons.
Thank you guys for all the support. We are fully funded thanks to you all. Lots more work to do, but we will bring you along the way!
