Yesterday’s Homelessness Awareness Week Kickoff by CSC and Speaker Panel by Advocacy were HUGE successes! These three speakers brought some of the most insightful and inspiring words to the table when discussing the struggles and barriers that people facing homelessness endure. CSC is so appreciative of the time, energy, and incredibly hard work that these three amazing advocates put into their daily lives and into their presentations to us yesterday. If you were unable to attend the incredibly informative panel yesterday, don’t fret - the rest of this week is full of more panels, info sessions, and activities. Don’t miss tonight’s event on zoom at 6pm (more information in our past post)!

CSC represents 33 student-run community service organizations and over 3,000 students each year, making CSC the largest completely student-run, student-initiated community service organization in the nation. Students work together to tutor youths and adults, address the health needs of communities, combat poverty and homelessness, and reach out to incarcerated youth and neglected children.
