A couple of weeks ago we had a training event for all our kitchen leaders from across the country to make all our hot prep recipes together.

We always want to ensure complete alignment around recipe ex*****on. This event was the first of many planned to inspire the teams and focus on our commitment to its people.

Growth, development, and mentorship are important hallmarks of the alfalfa culture and it was fun to see the collaboration and committment to excellence that each person was illustrated.♥️

“Project Joy” is the Social Impact division of Alfalfa, dedicated to inspiring joy through balance in our communities and environment. One of Project Joy’s current partnerships is with the JDJ Foundation, a charitable organization that funds cancer research, financial support for cancer patients, cancer scholarships & pediatric wheelchairs Thus far, Alfalfa and Dj have set up three scholarships at local high school St. Peters Prep, to assist students whose lives have been affected by cancer in some way in future educational endeavors.
