Our ode to pumpkin this year is a Pumpkin Pie Cobbler. Inspired by a recipe from Food52. It’s basically an inverted pumpkin pie with the filling on the bottom and the crust on top (so it doesn’t get soggy). Our talented Chef Andre made these two with our clients using leaf cookie cutters to shape the scraps on top. As delicious as it is beautiful! Come cook with us!

I crushed it tonight!!!! You can easily remove the pits from olives by crushing them with a mallet or a heavy flat bottomed cup. These are for our Fennel and Arugula Salad on our new Fall 2024 Menu. Come cook with us!
