Some updates for y’all:
1️⃣ bagels in Pasadena are now available by the dozen - this may require an additional 15-20 minute wait if placed at the store since all bagels are boiled and baked fresh throughout the day! 12 bagels, 5 spreads for $60.
2️⃣ we are almost ready to launch bagels in Dtla - we’re still working out the ops in Pasadena…stay patient
3️⃣ we have new openings approaching in West Hollywood and Hollywood in the coming few months … weho location to be announced shortly.

Our first 30 days in Pasadena are through and it has been an absolute blast! Thank you so much to customers of old and new that have come through our new HQ.
Some updates for y’all:
• exterior seating in Pasadena should return by end of week … awaiting final permits
• rip & dip should be available in DTLA in about 2-3 weeks…just working through the operations still
• we’re open from 7A - 1:30P everyday in DTLA and PASADENA

Over the last year we have tried so many different bagel experiences for you. We can’t say there’s a “best” way to eat a bagel but there’s something incredible about a bagel HOT out the oven with a nice crust and open, soft interior crumb. When you can marry that with perfectly whipped cream cheese, you get MAGIC. And so Rip & Dip was born. This is certainly not a New York style bagel. It’s more like incredible bread with a hole at the center.

We’re using organic, regeneratively-farmed flour from our friends over at . This means that THE BAKERY products are 100% organic and glyphosate-free — flour the way it’s supposed to be and taste.
