Join us for boardgames of all kinds as Kuya’s Comics & Collectibles share their collection to teach us how to play some of their favorites including:
Splendor, Love Letter, Uno, Zombiecide, Jenga, Lords of Waterdeep, Star Realms, Star Wars Deck Building, & many more!

She landed in Akron, Ohio with $50 bucks and broken English. She lived in an attic with 4 other women in the same sponsored-work program. Grocery stores used to give chicken necks, feet, gizards etc out for free, so she'd only pay for soy sauce & vinegar to make Adobo. 

She made it out west, sponsored her parents, 2 brothers, & sister to become U.S. citizens, started a family of her own, and bought property. She went on to become a Clinical Lab Scientist who continues to help open labs & gets hella people jobs (a handful of which are my friends). She's shared our roof with friends and family needing help to get on their feet. 

HiFi Kitchen exists because the only way I can thank her is to build upon what she provides for me. My drive is relentless to manifest her american Dream.
