We’re thrilled to welcome Terrell, a talented artist, DJ, and events producer, to our space for an unforgettable night of music. Terrell, the founder of the q***r day party TheyHouse and co-creator of CASUAL, brings an eclectic mix of tunes that everyone will enjoy.  
  
We’ve also collaborated with Terrell on some special dishes inspired by his Southern roots with a mix of LA flare.   
  
Join us for an evening of upbeat dinner tunes, delicious snacks, and great wine!

Continuing our summer menu highlights: this week we present our crab fat & eggplant omelette! Made with charred eggplant, crab fat, heirloom tomatoes, & mojo vinaigrette. See you this weekend y’all! 🍽️

Today, we gathered for a front-of-house wine session to explore and taste some of our selections from our menu, focusing on perfecting our wine service skills.

We enjoyed delving deeper into our wine list and discussing ways to enhance our service — it’s rare for all of us to be in the space all at the same time! Our servers are passionate about our menu — feel free to ask them anything about our wines!

SWEET CORN SUMAN

steamed in bb corn husks then brulee’d ~ coco-corn cream ~ burnt coconut oil ~ pinipig brittle

saved the tender outer husks of last weeks bb corn special, filled them with sweet glutenous rice & corn. they’re then steamed, cooled, portioned, & finally brulee’d to order. it’s a fun little dessert, not too sweet, rich but not. just a few portions for the night!

also, come by for ‘s last service with us. six years has flown by way too fast & as sad as we are, we’re so so so happy he’s focusing on himself & his future & can’t wait to see what’s next for him. We love you Reg!

We’ve made a couple of changes to our menu for the summer season, including this new dish - the pakwan salad ~ made with a lime-basil seed vinaigrette + fresh herbs. If you haven’t tried it yet, we highly recommend it! 🍉

For those who do not know him - this is Jason. Our Chef De Cuisine. Jason’s journey from aspiring cook to leading our kitchen has been nothing short of inspiring. His relentless work ethic, unmatched dedication to his craft, and passion for culinary excellence have made him a true standout. We’re incredibly proud to have him on our team and have loved watching him grow both professionally and personally. Here’s to many more creations and continued success!! We love you Jason!!🥂
