Supply chain risk management is crucial for organizations to ensure uninterrupted operations, safeguard their reputation, optimize costs, and uphold customer satisfaction. It necessitates close collaboration and coordination among diverse stakeholders within the supply chain, enabling effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks throughout the entire network. Given the multitude of recent events impacting the global supply chain landscape, this presentation will explore the various vulnerabilities faced by supply chains and provide valuable insights into the optimal strategies for mitigating and managing these risks. At the event, the MS GSCM program will also provide information about the master’s program and the opportunities through the Randall R. Kendrick Institute.
