May 2012, on this day, I was invited to be the Keynote Speaker at the FBI(Federal Building in LA) for the Annual FBI Memorial they hold for all the fallen Agents killed in the line of duty since the beginning of when the FBI was formed. Today, I went to the 36th Annual Memorial. Josh Mankiewicz gave the Keynote address. It was an honor to have been a past Speaker and to be invited back year after year to honor them and all servicemen/women who go into harm’s way and make the ultimate sacrifice, just doing their job and protecting us.

Fashion with Purpose: Empowering Conscious Choices for Beauty, Compassion, and Confidence By Dina Morrone
Cover designed by Art In
In a world where trends often dictate choices, the fashion industry significantly shapes societal norms and individual perceptions. However, a transformative shift occurs as more people embrace conscious fashion choices promoting beauty, compassion, and self-confidence. This movement goes beyond aesthetics, recognizing the power of clothing to impact individuals and the world positively.
Fashion is and will always remain a beautiful art form to be loved, admired, and respected, and Fashion will always be a part of our lives. Therefore, we all must make informed decisions about what we wear, where it comes from, what it's made from, and what happens to it when we dispose of it because, in doing so, we help save the planet for future generations. Maryam Morrison The Eden Magazine

In my driveway!!! Yes, that’s a TARANTULA! Just in time for Halloween. And it’s huge. Hard to tell from pic just how large it is but it’s at least 5-6 inches long. And full bodied. Apparently it’s mating season so the males go out looking for the females. So I guess it’s a male! Looking for some action in my driveway! I thought I had seen large spiders but to see a tarantula two feet away, you realize just how tiny all the others are.
