For those who crave that Breadlam cheese goodness in crispy, gooey form, you are in luck. Introducing the daily grilled cheese: a rotating all-star list of the cheesiest, meltiest, buttery creations we can think of.

Some background - I had been working making grilled cheese and sandwiches and selling cheese at and , and after 10 plus years of that GC life, I needed a break. But like that great album you come back to or a glass of chocolate milk, you realize that though you may have changed, you’re always just a kid wanting melted cheese on bread while listening to the blue album. This all may be specific, but it’s universal in spirit.

I was watching the news and this guy (Al Gore maybe?) started talking about the internet and upon doing some research this “world wide web” seems pretty cool. So I dusted off my old copies of Maximum PC magazine and brushed on my html training and guess what, you can now order Breadlam online for pick up orders!  Just head to our website (link in bio) and be amazed by the power of this extremely new technology.

In the spirit of the week, today’s special features Roasted Turkey, Cranberry Sauce, Sage Mayo, Gruyere cheese and Greens. No wheel was reinvented today but the wheel is pretty darn good. Wheely good.

Speaking of Thanksgiving and holidays, we are going to take a few days off from Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) to Sunday. We will reopen with normal hours on Monday, November 29th.

We love sandwiches, charcuterie and cheese, obviously. But most of all we love YOU. Thank you for allowing us to come in everyday and make sandwiches and cut wheels of cheese for a living. This is truly something to be thankful for and we can’t thank each and every one of you enough for your support.

If ever I see a goat cheese stuffed pepper, I’m ordering it, so the great created this sandwich with great intention and genius.

Prosciutto di Parma, fresh goat cheese, sweet and spicy peppadews, crushed Spanish Marcona almonds with greens on our custom made ciabatta bread. Full of texture and flavor, truly something we can eat every day.
