💙They are the core leaders, changing the lives of around 700 people every summer. 🌞 Committed and passionate, these youth counselors and staff from W𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 and 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 programs are dedicated to making a real impact. ❤️

Together, they create a community of care, support, and positive change. 💪✨

2️⃣ 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Learning FBI negotiation techniques to navigate difficult situations.
3️⃣ 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Encouraging everyone to create their own business and pave their own way.
