James Wright Gallery
Contemporary art gallery opened in 2016 with a focus on emerging and mid-career artists.
The primary exhibition space is located in a 4,000 SqFt building in downtown Los Angeles and in 2020 JWG opened a second space in Chelsea NY.
FYI… REBRAND 😎 James Wright Gallery has rebranded its social to CulturedPartners!! We will continue to expand our fine art business but will nolonger work with emerging artists — we have decided to focus our efforts on sourcing and dealing only for our most sophisticated private clients.
We hope you will keep following our account for even more diverse fine art content… this evolution frees us to work with and promote artists beyond our original gallery roster and better align with some of the most in demand artists of our generation. The internet and social are commoditizing the art world and making it more important than ever that collectors proceed with caution and consider carefully the pedigree and strength behind their investments to not get caught in the hype — we are here to help.

The Long Beach Museum of Art is pleased to present “We All Exist Right Now” by Long Beach-native Alex Gardner.
The artist paints scenes of every day life—of people, existing. Faceless and androgynous figures appear to float in rooms with no walls, on chairs with no floor, and sometimes, without any relative markers at all. The notion of space is simultaneously presented as a continuous expanse and finite boundary with figures existing on planes in universes with no end. This definition extends to his subjects, who both take up, and become lost in the space they are in.
We All Exist Right Now, Gardner’s debut solo museum exhibition, challenges introspection at its core.
We are feeling these Brian Calvin works… anyone else???
