When people ask, “Why are you doing this?” my answer is simple: I haven’t felt my best this year physically, and I want to get ahead of any potential issues. ✨This resonates with me as so many people are growing right now through the dark night of the soul. Trust that through the darkness you gain so many beautiful lessons to bring in the light. Through your light you get to hold other peoples hands that are behind you. You are worthy, you are love, and you are light. Keep walking forward knowing you matter!

“Know thy self” is the fastest path to helping you through the “doubting” phase! Allow yourself to acknowledge the doubt, ask the doubt what the lesson are as you walk it through to the back door to leave!
