Here are the before pictures of the office building before the new fascia boards and exterior paint and pressure wash.

Turned nothing into to something! Beautiful renovation of this shed customer wanted to turn it into an office for business and we did just that!

Corrected the walls issues with the cinder blocks completely reframed and insulated, new wires ran for some recess lights and extra outlet for computers and A/C unit. New window installed for access and opening for A/C unit also beautiful LVP flooring and Door with keyless entry. Everything turned out the ULTRA way!

Cabinet repair! You don’t always have to buy a new set we can make it look new and save you some money that’s a WIN/WIN 🏆

The old door and draws was peeling on this set also the door hinges were wearing out causing them to strip and fall off.

So we added “Soft Close” drawer slides and new hinges on all door. They painted the rest of the cabinets to match the beautiful satin navy.

This shed renovation had some metal frame windows in it that had to go. Customer wanted updated windows and door for soon to be office.

This is the final outcome! Very pleased with this all new flooring and carpet in both bedroom. The deck in the back is a 12x8. Home had an exterior makeover also including new gutters, black soffits and fascia and paint. Interior of home completely renewed down to the stainless steel appliances.

These are the before pictures of a Rehabilitation for a client. Home had a complete makeover from rotten joist in the floor to completely renovated bathroom! The entire house was uplifted and made to feel like home again. New deck added on to replace old one.

This beautiful townhome featured a beige color that was original from 17 years ago and the customer wanted a color to lighten up her home.

Paint/Smoke treatment for this property done by Ultraworks ! Turned out beautiful and you can tell from the pictures this room had a very smoky tint to the wall and ceiling. The bathroom had this orange color that was covered by wallpaper that was peeled off before paint process. We fixed and all nail holes and cracks in the panel walls and sanded for a smooth finish.

Back with another backsplash! This one the customer had an idea that they wanted to bring to life with the left over material they had and OMG it turned out in phenomenal! I love the shades of gray it coagulates well with the white.

Beautiful transformation on this room converting it until a baby room. Customer wanted to turn this basic room into a nursery/bedroom for their arriving baby boy. We were able to help find this Deep Mint color to go with the jungle theme they wanted. As you can see, it turned out amazing!

Check out the new Moon Tea

One of the biggest headaches that can you don’t want being a homeowner is NO HOT WATER or FLOODED home/basement. This customers hot water heater went bad and caused some flooding and also it flooded out the tank to the wires (shown in pics). We replaced their hot water heater and wiring that powers the tank (wire was completely fried all the way to breaker) in less than 24 hours as this was an emergency installation for this household.

Beautiful Quarter Round Trim Installation in a newly renovated home. The customer already had baseboard trim just wanted to add an elegant look and color match with the quarter trim and it turned out AMAZING! This trim was installed throughout the whole house (just so much stuff being moved around) I couldn’t get all finished pictures but take your time and look at the detailed end pieces!

Always cut your butt joints with a angle so it a more flush joint!

Also, always pre fill joints and corners with Quick Set to insure a better tape job and also it prevents bubbling in the tape!

(ALWAYS PREFILL YOUR JOINTS FOR A LEVEL 5 FINISH!)

Beautiful plumbing before and after for this laundry room addition being done in a customers basement. Its always important to use strapping so your pipes will not touch and cause condensation in your walls and use metal strips to protect pipes from being punctured 👍
