This was a massive flooring job and it turned out great. First we ripped out the carpet, removed padding, nail strips and glue, then added luxury vinyl and quarter round.

Raised the front of a deck 3"... replaced the 4x6s with 6x6 and added post bases. The deck now has proper fall.

Recently, I was asked to repair a hole in a deck (a tree grew through it). Using boards from an old landing, it patched up quite nicely.

Bathroom updated, repaired and prepped walls, fresh coat of paint, replaced baseboards and shoe molding, hung door and mirror and replaced switch plate.
