Wanggaard decides not to challenge giving the Senate Democrats a 17-16 majority! Just sixteen months ago, it was 19-14 in favor of the Republicans, but because of all of your hard work we have brought balance back to state government.

Spoke too soon. They called one more election official in. This gentleman was not happy to be interrogated. From his testimony, he had done everything exactly right, but the GOP didn't want to hear it.

Looks like this is the last person being questioned in the Republican hunt for voter fraud. None found yet. This was a revealing day into the Republican mindset to say the least. Signing off from the recount. More tomorrow.

Update: Seems like we're delayed a little bit . Only 1 ward being processed right now. Need to pick up the pace if we're going to be done by the July 2nd deadline.

Over 54,000 votes have now been counted in the 21st Senate District recount. The change in votes is .0003%. Was this worth the citizens of Wisconsin footing the $10,000 bill?

Update: GOP interrogations continue. 5th of the day. If these delay and disenfranchisement tactics continue, the recount will continue through the weekend.

Update: If this GOP objection (based on no real evidence) is upheld, 7,224 citizens votes in the 21st Senate District would be disenfranchised.

Recount Update!: GOP lawyers interrogating inner-city Racine election officials. They're claiming 'irregularities' with the ballot bags. Republicans want 9 wards worth of votes completely thrown out. That's over 4,000 votes they're trying to disenfranchise! This is just wrong. Please share.
