There is a chance of rain for the tomorrow morning. However it is market season meaning rain or shine it's market time! We will be out serving up traditional made Cajun food. Frozen meals will be $1 off and it will be double loyalty stamps too sweeten the deal of coming out to market in the rain.

This is my spot at the Deerfield Apple Festival tomorrow! There will be lots of stuffed cookies, cake pops, apple butter crumble bars, and more! (Plus about 299 other vendors!) It runs 8:00 am-3:00 pm!

Currently running behind today! I'm at a doctor's appointment for Sous Chef and it's taking longer than expected. I'll open the moment I'm done here (Sept 12)

Got some good news and bad news...

Bad news: I won't be serving the crawfish bites for a while. Future Sous chef is not ok with the smell of the crawfish at any stage of it. 😞

Good news: once this stage of pregnancy is over I will be able to offer them once again at the restaurant and pop up events. I can also offer them as soon as husband gets back from latest trip and I can teach him how to make them.
