Due to inclement weather our dunk tank festivities have been delayed to Saturday night immediately after the evening performance. It will still be held in the same location in Pavilion 1 and the silent auction will be held at the same time. We will be taking nominations through tomorrow evening!
We will still be holding our UPHA Young Professionals VIP Brat Fest tonight in the upper level of Pavilion 1 as planned so do join us to celebrate after tonight’s performance.

Show week is here and nominations are ROLLING in for the dunk tank. Make sure you rally the troops to get your trainer enough nominations to end up in the dunk tank! We will be updating results all the way through Friday so make sure you keep sending in your Venmo nominations to -Shearman $1 for one nomination and $40 for 50! Now that we are all on the show grounds you can also see the fabulous Office Staff and nominate with cash!
Believe it or not you can guarantee you get to dunk your trainer! Friday night of the horse show our Chapter 3/4 young professionals will be hosting their dunk tank event raising funds for programming to support young professionals in our community. Nominate your trainer by venmoing -Shearman $1 for one nomination or $40 for 50 nominations (put your trainers name in the memo).
Top 5 nominated trainers will go into the hot (or cold 🥶 ) seat! Then you can go the traditional route and hope your aim can do the job 🏈 , OR you can pay to walk up and PRESS THE BUTTON 🥊! Get ready to see some splashing! Trainers don’t forget to bring your microfiber hair towel for after!!

Safe travels to all who are heading to Madison the next several days. We are looking forward to seeing all of you. Please note on Wednesday afternoon at 4 pm there will be a brief trainer meeting to go over a few things with the show. We would appreciate it if all trainers would attend. This will be followed by a UPHA Chapter 3/4 meeting which is open to all who wish to attend. We are aware everyone is busy and we will do our best to keep both meetings brief. Thank you in advance.

We are once again awarding Madison Bucks to exhibitors!!. Here is how it will work…
A $10 certificate will be given to a random ribbon winner (anyone 2nd through 6th place) of all of our class qualifiers. These certificates are called “Madison Bucks” which you can spend at the show with our vendors just like cash! Just look for the sign on their booth saying they take Madison Bucks and shop away!

AN IMPORTANT REMINDER
VERY IMPORTANT MADISON INFORMATION:
Boards must be ordered by May 6th to give the supplier enough time to order from the company they get them from. If you put the board order on your entry form, I will advise them what you need.
Shavings need to be ordered by May 13th so again they can order and have enough shavings available for you at the show. If you put the shavings order on your entry form, I will advise them what you need.
