Grigsby Office for Equity and Inclusion (OEI), in partnership with the Dane County Food Council, to encourage the development of projects that advance equity and access in local food systems across Dane County. Priority will be given to projects serving Dane County communities outside the City of Madison and those that impact vulnerable, underrepresented, and/or underserved communities in Madison.
For projects that primarily serve City of Madison communities, we encourage you to also consider applying for a City of Madison SEED Grant (due March 1, 2024).

Study on Accessing Farm-to-School Markets: Seeking WI Food Producers to participate in a study to better understand how BIPOC food producers participate in farm-to-school programs. Provide your perspective on successes, challenges, and needs to participate in the farm-to-school market. From FEED (Food Enterprise & Economic Development): Wisconsin Procurement Institute is a statewide nonprofit that helps businesses with government contracting. Every month they hold office hours at FEED Kitchens to meet with folks in the Madison area. You do not need to be a member of FEED Kitchens to set up an appointment with them.
