Hiiii. It’s a vacation selfie and I’m so so grateful I got to have one! This is a crazy life transition time for us so taking a trip wasn’t reeeeaaaally in the cards but between my husbands work traveling him and making budget-friendly choices, we were able to get away for a few days. I will say, we definitely needed it. To get away from the house we’re not crazy about in the unfamiliar town, and a break from the pets and housework and all of it- was totally worth it. I’m back in hustle mode now trying to find my new clients and having a great time getting to know them and their hair! ✌️😁✨

ONE QUESTION I get asked quite often is if I also do haircuts. And the answer is yes I totally do. In fact, I love cutting hair just as much as coloring.
•:•A general rule I’ve heard countless times for social media marketing is to “post what you want to attract” so for years I’ve been posting just dimensional hair colors because I loooove them and only wanted to attract more clients seeking that type of service. BUT. Since I’ve moved and am starting to rebuild an entire clientele from zero, at this time I really am trying to attract alllllll types of clients seeking a variety of services. 💁🏻‍♀️ and that means you get these cute pics of my husband’s custom haircut by me.

Oh, hi! I haven’t posted here in a w h i l e 😅 Who is starting to think about scheduling hair color appointments to be looking (and feeling!) your best before the holidays? 👀 As always, my booking site is open 8 weeks out at a time but that is bringing us into December now and I see online appointment bookings coming through every day. It looks like there are a few days with color openings left in October and you could always send me a message if you’re having trouble getting scheduled. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for your continued support which allows for me to do work that I love. ✌️☺️✨

Local transmission of COVID-19 is increasing. The Washtenaw County Health Department is strongly recommending masking for everyone in indoor, public spaces.

Anyone eligible but not yet vaccinated against COVID should do so as soon as possible. Vaccines are safe, effective, free, and available at multiple community locations: http://bit.ly/vaxwchd

Washtenaw County is currently at “moderate” transmission and likely to move to “substantial” by later this week or next if current trends continue. Neighboring counties are already at substantial transmission levels.

“Additional precautions are needed, and we must take them seriously,” says Jimena Loveluck, MSW, WCHD health officer. “We know how to slow the spread of illness. We are asking everyone to mask up indoors in public settings. Get vaccinated if you are eligible and have not yet done so.”

“It is incredibly frustrating to be facing another wave of COVID. At the same time, we are optimistic that vaccinations will continue to be effective at preventing severe illness or death,” continues Loveluck.

“Vaccinations can change what we see in the coming weeks drastically – but only if we use them and all of our prevention tools effectively.”
