A quick policy note: because we want you to receive your full treatment and to be respectful of the bookings that follow your appointment- we have a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. This means if you’re more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a late fee at your next booking and we will have to reschedule your service. Policies aren’t fun but they are necessary so we can keep our day moving smoothly 🤍.
