Dropping a photo dump from my recent trip to Pattaya, Thailand, where I had the incredible opportunity to train at the renowned Team Sityodtong gym. 📸🇹🇭

Each picture tells a story of sweat, determination, and the relentless pursuit of mastering Muay Thai. Training under some of the world’s best coaches, I was challenged to push my limits and refine my skills in a way that only the home of Muay Thai could offer.

The intensity of the training sessions, the technique refinement, and the physical conditioning in Pattaya’s heat have been nothing short of transformative. I’ve not only improved my physical capabilities but also deepened my understanding of the strategic aspects of Muay Thai, enhancing my approach to teaching and competing.

A heartfelt thank you to the coaches and training partners at Team Sityodtong. Your expertise, dedication, and camaraderie have made this experience invaluable. I return home with new techniques, fresh perspectives, and a renewed passion for martial arts.

To my students and peers, I’m excited to bring back what I’ve learned and share it with you all. Let’s continue to grow, learn, and push the boundaries of what we’re capable of together.
