Pizza/ Drinks for all families:TODAY:Stage Presence, Group Pieces, SolosMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday4:30 pm to 7:00 pmWhere: Mr. Ben’s Studio:2068 Candlewood Ct NEMarietta, GA. 30066It has been extremely helpful that so many parents and friends of our program have been reaching out to assist in assuring our family’s performance. We now have parent and friend volunteers for the needs that must be filled for the following:- Assistance Serving Food - Tidying Up Church after Performance- Piano Accompanist - Photography- Beverages***. Still Need the following Volunteers: If you have not already taken a task, please consider giving 1/2 to to 1 hour of your time to assure our students performance produces memories to hold dear.- Computer, IT Person to help to - Manage Church’s technology audio/-Video: - Google Meets - Solo performances coming in from some of our Seattle, Boston, Fort Worth and San Diego Students. These primarily Involves 20 Minutes or so nearing beginning of performance after introductions and 10 Minutes at end.- PARENT/ STUDENTS to Assure this - CASH DonationsWith the 5 Existing Parent volunteers, there are a few more that would be a great help if they are able to donate an hour or so of their time.In unable to contribute time, Please consider donating cash toward:Venue. $ 400. - Facilitating Church Venue. Bring your ears this Thursday to this one of a kind performance where you will see and hear all young new musicians/ violinists/ string players from 3 years old to 103.

You just haven’t seen it all until you hear the warmth, sounds and fun of an up and coming group of twenty or more 3 year olds and older musician playing together from their hearts.

Good Morning Violin Virtuosos! This is the last week of lessons using our school year Calendar. Summer schedule begins next week!Please Note……….SUMMER PERFORMANCE: Next Week: Thursday, June 8, 2023 6:00 pmWhere: Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church2240 Shallowford RoadMarietta GA 30066We have 4 scheduled rehearsals beginning this Friday, June 2 With our Thursday, June 8 performance just a week and a half away it is a great time for anyone wishing to prepare to get more time in with Mr. Ben. Also, lessons for the week of our performance will take place differently. There will be four 2 1/2 hour rehearsals taking place instead. Friday, June 2 5:30 - 8:00 Monday, Tuesday 4:30 - 7:00 pmWednesdayThese four open house/ rehearsal dates and times are primarily group times, though there may be some time for one on one time for solo’s preparations. Please come to as many and stay as long as you like. There will be pizza and drinks for all hungry violinists and Moms and Dads. There can be individual one on one time spent on a case by case need be basis. This time must be set up in advance privately with Mr. Ben. There is always a bit of a rush leading up to these events. We can always use more hands.Arrangements for costs for food at the performance, pizza and drinks at the four rehearsals, program entertainment, piano accompanist, facility venue and contribution to for our venue, Beautiful Savior Church have been arranged. Several contributors have come forth to manage food and help out with straightening up church after the performance, do our Photography and Video work.*** We still need a parent/ adult student to operate the functions necessary for our remote students/ performers. The equipment is on church premises. Anyone who has or knows someone with remote audio/ video, technical/ computer skills willing to donate some of their time would be greatly appreciated. We have students that will be performing at this performance from Fort Worth, Texas, Seattle, Washington and Boston, Massachusetts. For any parents unable to help out with the performance, there are significant costs involved in carrying out these events. Your contributions are are a great part of what make these performance opportunities possible.Thank you for your generosity.Mr. Ben

Dear Students and Parents, Saturday lesson slots generally fill very fast! ** I have had one Saturday lesson slot open up that would allow anyone scheduled during the week days to secure a weekend slot. Please let me know as soon as possible if you would prefer a Saturday lesson time.SUMMER LESSON SCHEDULE Our Weekly lesson schedules will be on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays only. Unlike during the school year where most lessons begin mid afternoon after school, summer lessons begin at 11:00 am If you are a Wednesday Student please call me as soon as able to schedule your summer time slot. If all other Thursday, Friday would like to adjust their times for summer, please also let me know as soon as possible. The earlier you call to schedule the greater the number of options that will be available.
