Our church family has been on mission, loving and supporting one another just as Jesus did (Luke 7:34). Let’s extend that love beyond our walls. Invite a coworker, neighbor, or friend into your home and share the gospel with them.
Join us this morning as we worship our Savior Jesus Christ and begin a new series on Philippians.
Jesus sees you as His beloved apprentice. His grace is infinite and available to you. No matter where you are, His invitation stands: come and find rest.
Take His yoke upon you and learn from Him. Jesus invites us to be His disciples, to devote our lives under His teaching. This isn’t just something we do; it transforms who we are.

God is always at work, he is fully present in our lives. He is in the small things, the medium things and the big things. Where do you see him today?
We strive to be a church community where we receive God’s love in ways that free us to love God and others.
Something for you to think about as you wrap up your week and head into the weekend.
Someone is praying for you
So when it seems you’re all alone And your heart will break in two
Remember someone is praying for you
Join us this morning as we worship Jesus and continue in our exploration of Daniel by taking a look at Daniel 9.
Daniel 8 reminds us that the path to God’s kingdom often includes suffering. This chapter emphasizes the need for God’s people to be prepared for hardship, knowing that suffering is an expected part of following Christ. As we navigate a world often at odds with our beliefs, we must remember that the evil one actively opposes our marriages and spiritual practices.
Lamenting is a crucial practice when facing suffering. It’s a way of prayer that brings our grief and brokenness to God without expecting immediate solutions. Lament helps us acknowledge the pain in our lives while also remembering that God is present, listening, and greater than our problems.
While suffering can foster impatience, unchecked optimism, or compromise, lament allows us to confront our hardships in a healthy way. It’s a reminder that God sees us, loves us, and has not abandoned us, despite how difficult things may seem. Though we are not promised an easy journey, we are assured that it will ultimately lead to true life.
Scripture has a recurring pattern of suffering followed by glory, as seen in Genesis 3:15, Psalm 22, and Isaiah 53. Similarly, the power that resurrected Jesus is also at work in believers, guiding us through our unique journey. Ephesians 1:19-23 highlights that the same divine power is active in our lives, fueling us every day.
Though suffering is a reality, it is finite. Evil is limited and will not last forever, providing us with hope amid trials. This understanding should encourage us to stay strong, as our journey, though challenging, ultimately leads to the kingdom of God.
