If we do happen to include someone to assist or gain experience, the client will be informed in advance. Our primary goals are to comfort the owner and residents involved, and provide them with some paranormal understanding. We will bring a levelheaded and comfortable atmosphere to your property, taking proper care as we do our work. Our investigators are careful and considerate of their surroundings when setting up or taking down equipment. We will seek out the source of the activity, supply you with the information you need to understand why this is happening and re-assure you how little danger there actually is. We will begin by listening to your experiences and concerns. We will then perform a walk through with you, giving ourselves the opportunity to hear about each room and the experiences witnessed there. Following your departure, we will set up a wide range of detection equipment, including night vision and full spectrum video recorders, cameras, audio recording devices, magnetic field strength meters, temperature sensors and motion sensing units. We will then conduct a room by room examination in order to debunk personal experiences, or to find good evidence that verifies paranormal activity. We will then wrap our investigation and set a time to meet with you so we may share our findings. Depending on the amount of data we have collected, it may take a couple of weeks for the completion of our research. At that time, we will gladly offer you a copy of our official findings, as well as any recorded audio/video documented evidence. We believe that the conclusion of an investigation is not the end of our relationship with our clients. We will always be available to answer any additional questions you may have, and to re-investigate your location if you request us back at a future time. Each case is evaluated upon recorded evidence. Although we rely on our Spirit Medium to guide us through our investigations, we depend on physical results and material evidence to draw our final verifiable conclusions in each case. Our Spirit Medium, Erin, is very gifted and quite sensitive to spirit activity. We consider her a great asset to our team. She helps to lead us through our investigations and identify what we may be experiencing. Please note that all investigations are handled so your privacy is protected. Types of experiences may be shared with other investigators for comparison purposes only, however, names, addresses, and personal contact information are never shared. Who’s There Paranormal Investigations reserves the right to refuse or refer an investigation at its discretion. We are a non-profit group. Our investigations are on a first come first serve basis. However, we do reserve the right to move other investigations in front of others based on severity. Cases involving children are given our highest priority. All investigations are done with the use of Digital Recorders, Night Vision Video, Digital Cameras, EMF Meters, K2 Meters, and IR Thermometers to help document any paranormal activity. Investigations are done during the night (or day based on highest level of activity). We make no claims to be definitive experts in the field of Paranormal Phenomenon, as there is still no way to prove the absolute validity of spirit presence. We will, however, do our best to document all activity and provide our client with meaningful evidence if activity exists. We ask that Photos, EVPs, and other documentation be shared through our website or social media accounts. We use this evidence as proof of our work and to validate the services we perform. We assure our clients any posted material will have all addresses, names, and identifiable characteristics removed for their privacy.
