What a mid century jewel to show my Buyer today. Another beautiful local Kousa dogwood in the yard. There was original character that exuded happiness in every room. The entertainment consul with radio & record player had us imagining the past family gatherings in the lower Rec room. In the end, the smaller opening to the garage wouldn’t work for my Client’s SUV.

I previewed a Windermere home in this neighborhood today. I loved the dogwoods in bloom & the walkability to the Everett waterfront restaurants, pubs & shops. Sure hope my Client likes the home too!

We just enjoyed a lovely evening at the Residence Inn on Walla Walla Ave in Wenatchee. They have a pleasant restaurant onsite with outdoor seating. This morning we did the Columbia River walk behind the Inn and watched the pickle ball players in the Park. Just seven blocks walk along the River to get to the Pybus Market where I recommend the D’0livo shop to taste great fresh flavored olive oils & vinegars. Fire & Ice is always our favorite restaurant stop at Pybus, the Beet Arugula Salad is the best. Let me know if we share any of these favs🥰
