Dental health is so important for our pets, though it is the most overlooked aspect of pet care. People often don’t take the time to brush their pets’ teeth or even give them dental chews until it is too late! By the time they realize their pets have a problem, their pets are going to need a professional cleaning. They may even need some teeth removed.
During the month of September, we will be offering 10% OFF dental cleanings. Don't miss out, get your pet scheduled today and enjoy their fresh breath and know that you are helping to keep them healthy!

Gizmo graduated!!! This precious little guy came in today for his final vaccines. In a couple of weeks he will be fully protected (Thanks, mom and dad!!) and ready to take on the world. Gizmo wants to remind you that if you have a puppy or kitten it is very important to get all three rounds of vaccines to keep them safe.
Does your pet eagerly watch you cook, hoping for a tasty treat to fall their way? Remember, it's essential to never leave pets unattended in the kitchen while cooking. Pets may accidentally jump onto stovetops or knock over hot items, causing fires or burns. Use stove k**b covers to prevent pets from accidentally turning on burners.
Trixie decided getting her vaccines wasn’t so bad as long as Dr Fuller continued a steady supply of treats 😆

RECALL UPDATE: Viva Raw LLC is voluntarily recalling dog and cat foods, all manufactured under Lot 21244, due to testing positive for Listeria monocytogenes and is a potential health risk to people and pets.
The products were distributed directly to consumers in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. The product is distributed as frozen 1 lb bricks in clear vacuum packaging. There are no expiration dates for these products. Only products from Lot 21244 are affected.
The issue was discovered during a facility inspection conducted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and The North Carolina Department of Agriculture (NCDA). The FDA tested samples of Viva Turkey for Dogs and found samples from Lot 21244 were positive for Listeria monocytogenes. All products produced in Lot 21244 were slated for destruction. However, we have since learned some of the product from this lot was inadvertently released from the warehouse. More info: https://bit.ly/3XUAHnP
Did you know it only takes 6 MINUTES for a dog to overheat in a hot vehicle? ☀️🥵
Pets can still overheat even when the windows are down, or if the car is parked in a shaded area. Our best advice is to not leave your dog in the car - take them with you or leave them at home with plenty of water and shade. They will happily greet you when you return!
