Despite a tough knee injury and multiple surgeries, mountaineer & skier Kirsten Alexis turned to fitness to fuel her recovery, finding strength in every stride & every rep. “Fitness helped me learn how to overcome obstacles and get creative in modifying my workouts & everyday activities.”
