GraceToChange
Our mission is to break the cycle of addiction by providing tools, support & hope for recovery. When your own sense of self-worth begins to crumble.
How do you know whether your alcohol or drug use has become a problem? When you experience negative consequences, such as legal issues, relationship difficulties, or job loss. When you try to "cut back" on, or stop using but just can't seem to do it. Often, it's hard to identify exactly when or how things went wrong, and you may feel trapped and alone. GraceToChange can help, and recovery is possible. Our fully-licensed counselors understand how difficult this process is.

During adult group a few weeks back, our program director, Jennifer, did a self-care lesson that was very interactive. During the lesson, she gave random sealed cards to the clients that were positive self-reminders. She also wrote her own special note on the back and told them to open the card when they needed a positive boost. Fast forward a few weeks and she receives a message thanking her with a picture of the card, this person needed this exact reminder!
We are super grateful for the donations received on North Texas Giving Day. Each dollar goes to helping further our mission of breaking the cycle of addiction in adolescents and adults. Thank you for helping !

We love it when a client decides this is their safe place for a long time to come after they graduate. There are clients that return for group sessions for years, then there are others that show up when they need support and then there are the ones that come back months or even years later to celebrate their sobriety with a new coin. As we say, "Keep coming back, it works if you work it".
Thanks for the donations of magazines (we are always collecting), they allowed our clients the opportunity to create vision boards for their goals as they move through learning to live a life in sobriety. Do you have a vision board?
