Fact. According to the CDC,
from 2021 to 2022 (after Rowe vs Wade was reversed), the rate of maternal mortality cases in Texas rose by 12.6٪ compared with just 1.8% nationwide during the same time period.
Just saying.

People have been asking what this event is about. It ties in with a National Women's Rally Day on November 2. That rally is about women's right to choose what happens with their bodies. I want
this gathering to be about BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS. They are ALL in jeopardy. I have also been asked if this will be a political event. AS much as I would hope this is a universal issue that everyone should be supporting, from some of the posts I've seen here, others are MAKING it political.

I will NOT engage with any negative comments, and I suggest everyone else do the same.

If this event is not your cup of tea...don't attend. It's that simple.

This is what the Women's Rally on Novemer 2nd is about. Sorry I am being vague, but I don't have the location nailed down yet. I'm confident we will be drawing a "crowd" and don't want to create a logistical nightmare. I should have specifics by the end of the week.

I am filling out an application to reserve Robert Pfaff Park in Central Point for November 2 (International Women's March Day). We will not March, but instead will do a Women's Gathering from 10am to noon. More details to follow once the application has been accepted and the fees have been paid. ALL are welcome, WHATEVER gender you identify with. Children & pets too. I am very excited to see how much support we can muster.

What have I been up to? Animal Reiki 2 completed. Working on Animal Communcation. Pretty simple, I just have to open that channel.

YAHOOOO!!!! Finally finished the online Animal Massage class. I go to Washington in October for a one week hands on training and then have to complete 25 massages before becoming completely certified. I will be looking for volunteers after my practical, so keep an eye on my Facebook.

Next course is Animal Communication, and then reflexology. My heart is full!!!!!!

Simply put, everything is made of energy. This means every atom, molecule, cell, tissue, and system in the body is composed of energy. From the smallest insect to the largest animal, from the tiniest blade of grass to the giant Redwoods. All are pure energy. Through meditation Reiki practitioners are taught how tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy” and pass it on.
Most of you have seen a superhero movie where the superhero and the villain go head to head in a battle of pure energy. You see them ball up energy between their hands and then literally “throw” a ball of energy at their opponent. THAT is Reiki in the sense that universal energy is being gathered. The difference being Reiki practitioners use that energy for good, not evil. After a good Reiki session, you should feel calm & at peace, because true Reiki energy is that of “pure love”.
I have been trained in Reiki, and also Animal Reiki. The Animal Reiki method I was taught is the Kathleen Prasad method referred to as “Let the Animals Lead”. It is a no touch method that relies solely on meditation to connect with animals. I am NOT an animal communicator in the sense that I have a two-way conversation with animals the way I communicate with humans. Through my training, I can reach out to the animals and send them love and reassurance. In the case of an animal with separation anxiety, through meditation I let them know they are safe, they are loved, and their owner always will be there for them. The same applies to animals that were abused or have suffered some form of trauma. Four sessions are recommended for the full transformation. And I can honestly say I have had a 100% success rate.
As humans, we all have expectations. When we go for a haircut, we expect to like the way we look afterwards. When we eat at a restaurant we expect to enjoy our food. Animals have no expectations. They are 100% open to accepting the loving energy sent their way. They accept that energy and send it right back. Animal Reiki is the most satisfying thing I have ever done.

What an incredible weekend! I learned more good techniques to help tramatized, stressed and emotionally damaged pets recover! Good things are coming!
